Thalaivar Begins Dubbing for Darbar

Movie buffs were curious to know which hero AR Murugadoss would join hands with post Vijay-starrer Sarkar. He announced a project with Rajinikanth much to the delight of everyone. A film with the numero uno star of Kollywood was something the director had always dreamt of. The star's fans were more than happy when the makers roped in Nayanthara, Suniel Shetty, etc, and was titled Darbar. The official stills from the movie which had Rajini in cop's avatar and the motion poster which was released recently in several languages were lapped up instantly by hordes of his fans.

Murugadoss took to Twitter on Thursday morning to announce that the crew is all set to start working for the dubbing of the film. He posted, "Thalaivarin Darbar Dubbing starts today!!! #DarbarThiruvizha." Darbar is slated for a Pongal release and the details pertaining to its teaser and trailer are expected soon. Anirudh scores music for the second consecutive time for a Rajini-starrer after Petta, while Santhosh Shivan is associating with the star after more than two decades. Yogi Babu, Nivetha Thomas and Prateik Babbar among others will be seen essaying crucial roles in the project
